Workwize is partnering with Siit to give IT, workplace, and people teams one automated flow for global equipment and services.

Employees request what they need in Slack or Microsoft Teams through Siit, the AI Service Desk for IT and internal operations. Workwize handles everything after approval: procurement, shipping, asset tracking, and retrieval.

For growing companies hiring across multiple countries, this closes one of the most manual gaps in employee operations.

The gap between the ticket and the device

The hard part of an equipment request starts after approval. Someone has to place the order, chase the vendor, confirm the address, update the asset record, and keep the employee updated. Multiply that across countries and dozens of new hires a month, and a simple laptop request turns into a string of emails.

The partnership connects both halves. Siit handles the request: it applies policies, routes approvals, and runs the workflow. Workwize handles the physical side at scale and reports back.

    How it works

On the Siit side, the flow is built with Custom Actions, so teams set up each step to match their own process. On the Workwize side, Siit is a listed integration that automatically syncs updates back.

So, when a request is approved in Siit, Workwize receives the order with everything it needs: requester details, delivery address, country, cost center, and policy context. Workwize then sources the right equipment, ships it, and assigns it to the employee.

Status updates flow back automatically. Order confirmations, shipping updates, delivery confirmations, retrieval status, and asset changes all appear in the original Siit ticket. Employees stay informed in Slack or Teams without opening a new conversation, and IT teams see the full picture in one place.

How Siit and Workwize work together

What teams can do with Workwize and Siit

Four flows teams can run with Workwize and Siit

Global onboarding. A request or HRIS trigger in Siit routes approval to the right manager or IT lead based on country and role. Workwize provisions and ships the right kit to the new hire's address, and assigns the asset to them on arrival.

Replacements and repairs. A ticket in Siit runs eligibility and policy checks. Workwize ships the replacement and manages the return of the old device.

Offboarding and retrieval. Offboarding can start in Siit or Workwize, and the ticket updates either way. Workwize schedules retrieval, updates the asset status, and confirms receipt.

Home office and peripherals. Employees choose from a pre-approved Workwize catalog through a Siit request. Spend limits are set in Workwize, approvals can run in either platform, and Workwize handles fulfillment.

What changes for IT and ops teams

    • Faster time to ship for equipment requests
    • Fewer manual touches per ticket, with less back and forth over email
    • Higher asset recovery rates at offboarding
    • Stronger compliance through approved catalogs, spend limits, and a full audit trail

And because every request links to an order, an asset, and its spend, teams get end-to-end reporting from ticket to asset record.

    Who it's built for

    • Hybrid companies with 150+ employees, a presence in multiple countries, and high equipment turnover.
    • IT, workplace, people ops, or procurement teams scaling headcount faster than their manual processes.
