Workflow Builder connects natively to Slack, email and Kandji. For other tools, such as your ticketing system or internal apps, it connects through custom connectors and webhooks, and it can read a tool's API documentation to set up the connection itself. How does Workwize handle IT asset lifecycle management from onboarding to offboarding with automated workflows?

When a new hire is added in your HRIS, a workflow can pull their profile, allocate or order a laptop, ship it from the nearest warehouse, enroll it in your MDM and notify the manager in Slack (automated onboarding). When someone leaves, it starts the retrieval, schedules the MDM wipe once the device reaches a warehouse, and routes it to storage or the next hire (automated offboarding). In between, scheduled workflows flag devices due for refresh or repair.

Can Workflow Builder take real-world actions without approval?

Not by default. Every action with a real-world consequence, like an order, retrieval or repair, waits in an approvals queue until someone signs off. You can opt specific steps out. Role-based access, full version history and an audit trail show who built and changed what.
