Econocom is one of Europe’s largest digital general contractors. It’s built around a not-often-seen combination of hardware distribution, audiovisual integration, and asset financing under a single platform.
If you want to bundle device procurement with leasing arrangements, refurbishment, and on-site AV projects (especially in France, the Benelux, Spain, and Italy), it’s a sensible choice.
That said, Econocom is not compatible with every organization or every use case.
- A lot of teams find the leasing-led engagement model too complicated when they simply need to get devices into employees’ hands
- Others operate outside Econocom’s geographical coverage and want a provider with better coverage in the Nordics, the UK, or beyond Europe entirely.
- Some prefer a managed services partner with stronger credentials in workplace transformation rather than a financing-anchored relationship.
- Many small-to mid-sized organizations don’t prefer a multi-year contract bundled with leasing terms and AV scope; they just want device lifecycle management as software.
- And many, particularly mid-market companies with distributed teams, need a provider that solves one specific problem (the cross-border hardware workflow) rather than an enterprise bundle.
That is why I have put together a range of Econocom alternatives in this article across different buying scenarios.
Some are direct European competitors like Computacenter and Bechtle that go head-to-head on enterprise IT distribution and infrastructure services. Others, such as CHG-MERIDIAN, compete directly on the leasing and device-as-a-service side.
Then there are transformation-led providers like Eviden and Capgemini that engage at a different layer altogether. I have also included a lifecycle platform, Workwize, that focuses on a specific problem Econocom does not really emphasize.
I want to help you understand which alternatives make sense for which problems.
Let's see what these competitors are.
Why IT Managers Look for Econocom Alternatives
Econocom suits many organizations well, but not everyone. For some, the issue is geographic coverage. For others, the problem is the leasing-led engagement model or how lifecycle management works in practice for a distributed workforce.
Reviews on public platforms reflect this. One Trustpilot reviewer wrote about ordering experience:
“They have a daily updates stocks view. But been waiting (and still waiting) for an order that apears to be in stock for exactly 16 days of writing. Customer service is slow and unresponsive. Estimated delivery date is 30/1/26. Close to 2 months after giving in the order. I suggest B2B and retail customers to avoid them as much as possible.”
That’s just one of many reasons. Below are the most common ones we hear from buyers evaluating alternatives:
Econocom's engagement model favors leasing and bundled contracts
The company's core revenue engine is Technology Management and Financing. That model is applicable mostly to organizations that want to convert capex into opex across thousands of devices. However, the same model adds friction and operational burden when you only need a simple way to manage assets and ship devices to new hires.
Econocom is strong just in Europe (and even within Europe, the depth is uneven)
Econocom operates in 16 countries, but France alone generates close to half of the group's turnover, with the Benelux, Spain, and Italy accounting for most of the rest. Operations outside Western Europe are limited to selective service hubs rather than native coverage.
Audiovisual integration is not relevant for everyone
Following four AV acquisitions in 2025, Econocom now positions itself as Europe's No. 1 AV integrator. That focus has value for just the handful of organizations rolling out collaboration spaces and immersive environments, but it is largely beside the point for IT teams whose actual problem is equipping a remote workforce.
Hardware lifecycle for distributed teams is available, but not their core strength.
Econocom delivers IT asset management and asset disposition through specific engagements built around procurement, financing, and refurbishment at the Econocom Factory. The day-to-day work of equipping new hires across countries, tracking devices by employee, and pulling them back at offboarding sits awkwardly inside that model. It’s not a proper platform that keeps you in control of your fleet of assets.
Customer experience can be inconsistent
Public reviews on Trustpilot and Glassdoor show recurring issues around slow communication, billing accuracy, and follow-through on commitments. Glassdoor places overall employee sentiment at roughly 3.0 out of 5, which is below the IT industry average and suggests some of the friction customers describe has internal roots.
These issues alone don’t make Econocom a bad provider (most large IT services groups have their strong and weak points), but the friction is consistent enough that experienced buyers factor these into evaluation and look at alternatives.
The Competitors: At a Glance
If you only have time for one part of this article, this is the part.
The table below summarizes where each of the eight alternatives fits and what they're not built for. The remainder of the article unpacks each row in detail, including the specific scenarios in which they make sense versus Econocom.

Best Econocom Alternatives for Global IT Teams
1. Workwize
Best for globally distributed teams looking for a reliable IT hardware lifecycle management partner

Workwize is a device lifecycle management platform that helps you manage company laptops across more than 100 countries from a unified dashboard. Unlike Econocom, it is not a VAR or a financier. Instead, Workwize automates the end-to-end workflow of procuring, deploying, tracking, retrieving, and responsibly disposing of IT hardware for distributed teams.
To be clear, Workwize and Econocom are very different at their core, so the choice between them depends on which platform helps you solve your company-specific problems.
Econocom offers a much broader set of capabilities with leasing structures, audiovisual integration, infrastructure deployment, managed services, refurbishment, and end-user support all bundled inside multi-year contracts. If you need that combination and you choose Econocom, hardware management becomes one aspect of a much larger account relationship.
Workwize doesn't try to offer any of that. It is a specialized hardware lifecycle management platform for global teams looking for a reliable partner to handle equipment logistics.
Where Econocom delivers IT asset management as part of a financing-anchored service engagement, Workwize delivers it as a self-serve platform built around the physical movement of hardware. Workwize handles local fulfillment from in-country warehouses, international retrievals, redeployments, and certified disposal.
Geographically, the contrast is also sharp. Econocom operates in just 16 countries, with the bulk of its delivery infrastructure concentrated in France, the Benelux, Spain, and Italy. Workwize operates in over 100 countries, with in-country warehousing across major markets and local-to-local delivery in 5 to 7 days, regardless of where the new hire is based.
Econocom makes the most sense for large enterprises and public-sector organizations running multi-country IT estates, often with a financing dimension. Workwize is built for a different kind of company, typically for those with employees working across the globe or in remote/hybrid setups.
For such a company, a platform built around device flow is more relevant and comes at a much lower total cost because you pay only for the technology you actually use.
Key offerings
- Procurement from a global supplier network across 100+ countries, with self-service catalogs for employees to choose devices and services from.

- Zero-touch deployment triggered by HRIS onboarding events, with devices auto-enrolled in the customer's MDM (Intune, Jamf, Kandji and similar) before they ship

- Real-time asset tracking by employee, location, status and lifecycle stage, with full audit history and over 80 integrations across HR, IT, identity and finance tools

- Automated offboarding workflows that handle device pickup, certified data wipe, and either redeployment from local stock or routing to certified ITAD partners

- Up to 45% value recovery on resold devices through built-in remarketing, with environmental and security paperwork documented at each step
How users rate it
Limitations
- Workwize is a dedicated device lifecycle management platform. It doesn’t offer the scale and depth of business functions a platform like Econocom provides.
- Organizations operating from a single location with little or no cross-border device movement may not realize the full value of the platform.
- Customers who need AV integration, infrastructure design or enterprise software licensing would have to pair Workwize with a separate VAR or integrator

2. CHG Meridian
Best for enterprises that want a vendor- and bank-independent leasing partner with a true device-as-a-service offering

CHG-MERIDIAN is a global provider of technology leasing, financing, and asset lifecycle management, operating on the principle of "usage over ownership" (its technology2use model).
It is arguably the most direct head-to-head competitor to Econocom on the leasing and financing side. The platform is independent of both manufacturers and banks, so the leasing structures it builds are not tied to any OEM's financing arm.
Unlike Econocom, which offers leasing, distribution, and managed services into one general contractor model, CHG-MERIDIAN stays focused on financing and managing technology so customers can concentrate on using it.
On the operational side, CHG-MERIDIAN’s TESMA platform runs an e-procurement module with role-based device bundles, self-service ordering, real-time dashboards, and certified eraSURE erasure at end of lease, with cost allocation by location and cost centre.
TESMA, however, is tied to lease schedules, contract terms, and IFRS-compliant financial reporting, not to the day-to-day movement of devices between employees.
That is the gap an ITALM platform, such as Workwize, fits. Workwize triggers provisioning and retrieval from HRIS events, auto-enrolls devices into your MDM at procurement, and ships local-to-local from in-country warehouses in 5 to 7 days. In fact, Workwize complements CHG-MERIDIAN well: financing from one partner, ongoing global device orchestration from the other.
Key offerings
- Manages the full lifecycle of technology assets, including procurement, deployment, ongoing support, return and certified data erasure
- Provides flexible leasing and financing solutions for IT, industrial, and healthcare equipment
- Designs customized subscription-style models that combine hardware, financing, and services into a single usage-based offering
- Through its technology centers, the company offers refurbishment and remarketing of used equipment
Reviews, ratings and testimonials
- G2: limited public review volume
- Capterra: N/A
- Gartner Peer Insights: limited review volume
Limitations
- Not a systems integrator or managed services provider. Just focused on financing and remarketing
- The self-service platform is built around lease management, not day-to-day employee device workflows
- Best paired with a dedicated lifecycle platform like Workwize when those capabilities are needed alongside leasing
3. Computacenter
Best for mid-to-large enterprises in the UK, Germany, France, and North America that want one accountable systems integrator for workplace, data centre, and field services

Computacenter is a British multinational IT services and technology infrastructure company. It helps large enterprises and public sector organizations source, deploy, integrate, and manage their IT systems.
Computacenter and Econocom both sell into enterprise IT, but from different angles. Econocom centres the relationship on financing and leasing; Computacenter focuses it on managed services, backed by a large field-engineering workforce and dedicated integration centers built to optimize an existing estate over the years.
Spread across the UK, DACH, France, Benelux, and North America, with delivery into 70-plus countries, it also gives buyers a deeper UK and DACH presence than Econocom.
When it comes to hardware lifecycle, Computacenter’s Device Lifecycle Management service does demand forecasting, persona-based device matching, configuration, and asset control from procurement to retirement. However, this is a scoped engagement that Computacenter's specialists run and tune for you, not a platform your own team drives.
That matters for smaller setups. Computacenter doesn't offer self-service catalogues or MDM auto-enrolment at procurement as a standardized product, which is exactly what Workwize is built around. For cost-conscious organizations with limited internal IT, Workwize is the better solution and can run alongside Computacenter's infrastructure and managed services network.
Key offerings
- Computacenter helps organizations Source, Transform, and Manage their technology infrastructure through an integrated, end-to-end approach
- Provides consulting, architecture design, and IT strategy advisory to help customers plan and modernize their infrastructure.
- Operates large-scale managed services with field engineers, remote support, and service desks
- Delivers complex integration, migration, and deployment projects, supported by dedicated integration centers and technical specialists
Reviews and ratings
- Gartner Peer Insights: 4.3/5
- G2: limited public review volume
- Capterra: N/A
Limitations
- Engagement model favours large IT estates; smaller mid-market buyers can find the scoping process burdensome
- Hardware lifecycle is delivered as a services contract rather than as a self-service platform
4. Bechtle
Best for public-sector buyers in the DACH region that want a vendor-neutral system house with strong local presence and pan-European e-commerce procurement

Bechtle AG is one of Europe’s leading IT service providers and Germany’s largest independent IT systems integrator.
Bechtle and Econocom both serve European enterprises, but Bechtle leads with procurement scale, public-sector framework agreements, and local consulting through regional branches rather than the leasing arrangements Econocom favours. That makes it a first choice for organizations whose estate is concentrated in DACH and who want a partner who visits the office.
On device handling and procurement, Bechtle’s Device as a Service solution bundles HP, Lenovo, Surface, and Apple hardware with persona-based configuration, one-day swap-and-repair, GDPR-compliant data wiping, reverse logistics, and proactive monitoring via HP TechPulse, all at a fixed monthly fee per device.
The problem is that DaaS fulfillment runs largely through HP's European warehouses, so depth weakens outside DACH, and its BITAM tool audits the estate only a few times a year rather than tracking each device against an employee in real time.
A hardware lifecycle solution like Workwize helps here. Workwize ships from in-country warehouses across 100-plus countries with local-to-local delivery and keeps a live record by employee, location, and lifecycle stage that updates on HRIS events. Paired with Bechtle's DACH procurement and on-site strength, it covers the continuous cross-border issue that Bechtle's model leaves open.
Key offerings
- Delivers end-user computing services, including device procurement, provisioning, and endpoint management
- Designs, migrates, and manages hybrid and multi-cloud environments, supported by its Bechtle Service Factory for standardized and automated cloud operations
- Builds and operates modern data center infrastructure, including server and networking solutions tailored to customer requirements
- Provides IT strategy consulting, architecture design, and large-scale transformation projects to modernize IT landscapes
Reviews and ratings
- G2: limited public review volume
- Capterra: N/A
- Gartner Peer Insights: limited review volume
Limitations
- Coverage outside DACH is largely e-commerce-led rather than service-led
- The federated regional system house model can create inconsistent experiences for customers operating across multiple Bechtle locations
- Not a financing specialist in the way that Econocom or CHG-MERIDIAN are
5. SCC
Best for UK public sector and mid-to-large enterprises that want a European integrator with deep local field services and NCSC-accredited disposal

SCC, or Specialist Computer Centres, is a major UK-based, privately owned, independent IT services and solutions provider.
SCC operates as a full-lifecycle systems integrator across the UK, France, Spain, Romania, and Vietnam. It works with dozens of UK public-sector frameworks, including NHS SBS Digital Workplace Solutions 2 and Crown Commercial Service vehicles. All this makes it a stronger pick than Econocom for UK government, NHS, and education buyers who need framework-led procurement and security-cleared engineers.
On hardware specifically, SCC is arguably deeper than any other integrator on this list, and on some points it edges ahead of a pure platform.
- It configures and deploys around 250,000 devices a year from its Birmingham distribution center
- It has persona-led sourcing across Apple, Dell, HP, and Lenovo, ServiceNow CMDB tracking and Autopilot deployment
- It benefits from NCSC-accredited disposal through Recyclea, including certified Blancco erasure and chain-of-custody documentation.
That is a formidable end-to-end operation for UK-centric estates.
The catch is the reach and consumption model. All of it runs as a managed engagement concentrated in the UK. Workwize, on the other hand, delivers a comparable lifecycle as a self-service platform across 100-plus countries, with in-country warehouse fulfillment in 5 to 7 days, and self-return boxes for retrieval. For distributed fleets, Workwize is the more economical option and can sit alongside SCC's UK-based services.
Key offerings
- SCC manages the full IT lifecycle (from discovery and strategy through design, supply, implementation, ongoing management, and continuous optimization) under one accountable provider
- Designs, migrates, and manages hybrid and multi-cloud environments
- Helps organizations transform employee experiences through modern endpoint management, collaboration tools, and hybrid workplace technologies
- Offers data platform services and AI enablement to help customers extract value from their data and adopt intelligent technologies
Reviews, ratings and testimonials
- G2: limited public review volume
- Capterra: N/A
- Gartner Peer Insights: limited review volume
Limitations
- Strongest in the UK; service depth in continental and Eastern Europe is more limited
- Family-owned governance can mean less aggressive global expansion than publicly listed peers
- Not a financing specialist in the way Econocom or CHG-MERIDIAN are
6. Atos / Eviden
Best for large enterprises and public-sector organizations running multi-year outsourcing or AI transformation programmes

Atos/Eviden refers to the Atos Group, a major French multinational IT services and digital transformation company.
After restructuring, it operates under two brands:
- Atos, covering foundational infrastructure such as data centres, hosting, and digital workplace; and
- Eviden, covering advanced digital, cloud, data, cybersecurity, AI, and high-performance computing.
The comparison with Econocom is essentially scale and engagement type. Econocom sells a multi-product bundle covering distribution, financing, and AV. Atos sells multi-year managed-services contracts to organizations that want a vendor running their workplace, with service desks for tens of thousands of employees and support across global delivery centres.
Atos was named a Leader in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Outsourced Digital Workplace Services for the ninth consecutive year, so enterprise-scale workplace services are a real strength. The caveat is Atos's recent financial and operational turbulence, which buyers should weigh as execution risk during transition phases.
As for hardware lifecycle, Atos handles devices, provisioning, and asset management, but inside large outsourcing contracts rather than as a product you switch on. It fits best where an estate sits in fewer, larger sites, and the appetite is for full handover, not self-service.
A mid-market team equipping people across many countries usually doesn't want to outsource its workplace; it wants self-service ordering, HRIS-triggered logistics, and cost-effective per-device pricing it controls. Workwize delivers exactly that, which makes it the lighter, better-matched option where Atos's model would be too heavy.
Key offerings
- Provides large-scale IT strategy, consulting, and end-to-end digital transformation programs for enterprises and public sector organizations.
- Designs, migrates, and manages hybrid and multi-cloud environments, including sovereign cloud solutions for regulated industries.
- Through the Eviden brand, it offers advanced computing solutions, including supercomputing and high-performance systems for research, industry, and defense
- Offers ongoing IT operations management, infrastructure support, and application management at scale across complex environments.
Reviews, ratings and testimonials
- Gartner Peer Insights: Multiple segment-based review pages, most of them over 4.0/5
- G2: limited public review volume
- Capterra: N/A
Limitations
- Recent restructuring and turnaround mean execution risk during transition is higher than at more stable peers
- Engagement complexity and contract scale are not suited to smaller mid-market buyers
- Hardware lifecycle is delivered inside outsourcing contracts rather than as a self-service platform
7. Capgemini
Best for large enterprises that want strategy, transformation, and managed workplace services delivered by one global consulting partner

Capgemini helps clients across the entire value chain, from defining business strategy and designing solutions to building, implementing, and running technology at scale.
Econocom and Capgemini are barely in the same category. Econocom is a digital general contractor that owns devices, financing, and audiovisual integration.
Capgemini is a consulting-led services firm whose value proposition starts with strategy and transformation roadmaps and extends into managed workplace operations.
That means Capgemini is the right alternative to Econocom only when the buyer's need is not procurement but transformation. For example, Capgemini works for you if you want a partner to design a new employee experience, roll out Microsoft 365 Copilot, migrate to a connected workplace model, and then operate it.
Moreover, Capgemini does not own the hardware lifecycle the way a VAR or platform does. Devices are sourced through partners, and Capgemini adds managed services on top, so there is no in-country warehouse network and no provisioning or retrieval as a product.
A distributed team that needs predictable local-to-local hardware movement, real-time asset tracking, and automated onboarding and offboarding has different priorities, and a dedicated platform like Workwize solves these problems in a simpler, much more economical way.
Key offerings
- Provides business strategy, innovation consulting, and large-scale digital transformation programs to help organizations define their future direction and execute change
- Builds data platforms, analytics solutions, and AI/ML features to help organizations generate insights, automate processes, and create intelligent products and services
- Offers engineering services for product development, smart manufacturing, and Industry 4.0/5.0 transformations
- Provides end-to-end cybersecurity consulting and managed security services to protect organizations against threats
Reviews, ratings and testimonials
- Gartner Peer Insights: 4.2/5 across Outsourced Digital Workplace Services
- G2: limited public review volume
- Capterra: N/A
Limitations
- Premium consulting rates; device lifecycle is a layer inside a larger transformation engagement, rather than a standalone product
- Hardware sourcing is partner-led rather than owned
- Engagement model and pricing favour only larger enterprise buyers
8. Inetum-Realdolmen
Best for Belgian and Benelux organizations that want a local Microsoft, Salesforce, and SAP partner with backing from a reputed IT services provider

Realdolmen (now formally Inetum-Realdolmen) is the Belgian arm of the European Inetum group. Inetum RealDolmen helps organizations design, implement, and manage their digital transformation. It offers end-to-end ICT solutions, starting from strategy and consulting to infrastructure and managed services.
The comparison with Econocom gets interesting because both serve the Benelux mid-market. Econocom is built around distribution and leasing, whereas Inetum-Realdolmen is built around applications and infrastructure services with Microsoft, Salesforce, and SAP at the center. It also has a strong Belgian local network rather than a pan-European distribution of Econocom.
Workplace hardware management exists in the portfolio, but as a secondary capability rather than a focus. The biggest constraint is that the offering is based in Belgium, and the rest of Europe is reached through Inetum group entities country by country rather than as a unified local-to-local fulfillment network with in-country warehouses.
For an organization whose actual problem is moving devices to employees across many countries, tracking them through their working life, and recovering them at exit, Workwize is purpose-built for that workflow.
Key offerings
- Offers strategy consulting and digital roadmap development to help organizations define and execute their digital transformation journeys
- Develops and modernizes custom and packaged applications, including low-code platforms and enterprise software solutions
- Delivers cybersecurity consulting, implementation, and managed security services to protect organizations against digital threats.
- Designs and manages cloud environments (public, private, and hybrid) to help clients modernize their infrastructure and adopt cloud-native solutions
Reviews, ratings and testimonials
- G2: limited public review volume
- Capterra: N/A
- Gartner Peer Insights: limited review volume
Limitations
- Hardware lifecycle is one capability among many, rather one of the primary offerings
- Strongest in Belgium and broader Benelux; capabilities elsewhere come through the Inetum group rather than local-to-local delivery
- Not a financing or AV integration specialist in the way Econocom is
Why Workwize is the Better Econocom Alternative for Mid-Market Distributed Teams
Most of the providers we discussed till now were designed for the same kind of buyer Econocom targets. That buyer is usually an enterprise procurement, infrastructure, or workplace leader running a multi-year program with substantial scope. Even where they differ in geography or specialization, they share a common premise: that the customer wants a service contract with a vendor.
Workwize is built on a different premise.
The platform exists to automate one operational workflow, not to manage a relationship. It is available in over 100 countries, and a local-to-local fulfillment model ships hardware within roughly five to seven days. Customers interact with software, not account managers; the software in turn coordinates a network of regional warehouses, MDM providers, courier partners and ITAD vendors so that customers don't have to.
The side-by-side comparison below isolates the operational differences. It's deliberately narrow (neither column attempts to cover the full breadth of either provider) and focuses on the specific decisions a buyer faces when their underlying problem is cross-border device flow rather than financing or total outsourcing of IT.

The point is that these two providers are answers to different questions.
- Econocom is the right answer when the question is "how do we refresh and finance a large device estate alongside AV and infrastructure work?"
- Workwize is the right answer when the question is "how do we get devices to remote employees across many countries and track them through their working life (and get them back) without building internal logistics?"
How Workwize helps IT teams
On the IT side, the value of Workwize over a leasing-led integrator comes down to authoritative data.
A lease contract tells you what you've paid for, but it doesn't tell you where the device is right now, who's using it, whether it's been refreshed in line with policy, or whether you got it back when the employee left.
Workwize is designed to be the single system of record for those questions, with integrations into HRIS, MDM, identity providers and finance tools so the record updates itself whenever an asset moves/changes states.
How Workwize helps finance teams
Finance teams typically come at this from a different angle. Leasing structures from Econocom or CHG-MERIDIAN are valuable when the goal is a better balance sheet or better cash flow.
Workwize doesn't replace that; buyers who specifically want leasing can buy from a financing partner and use Workwize as the visibility tool over the leased assets. The simpler value proposition for finance is forecastability: per-device platform pricing is predictable in a way bundled multi-year service contracts often aren't.
How Workwize helps HR and Operations teams
For HR, the discussion is about day-one experience. New hires whose computers (laptops or workstations) arrive configured and ready to use on day one report a measurably better start than those working through multi-vendor handoffs and manual setup.
Workwize also triggers the entire equipment workflow from HRIS events, so your operations team doesn't need to chase it, and IT doesn't need to chase procurement. The employee record is the only source of truth.
Econocom helps finance and distribute technology. Workwize helps you operationalize it. Book a demo to see how Workwize helps IT, Finance, and HR manage the entire hardware lifecycle from one platform across 100+ countries.
FAQs
Not really. Econocom is European-focused, with direct presence in 16 countries and the best delivery infrastructure in parts of Europe. Outside its operational area, Econocom typically delivers through regional partners rather than fully native infrastructure, which adds time and cost to multi-region engagements.
Econocom is a digital general contractor whose focus is leasing, distribution and audiovisual integration for European enterprises and public bodies. Workwize is a device lifecycle platform built for distributed teams, where the challenge is equipping, tracking and retrieving devices across borders.
Both compete on leasing, but with different value propositions.
Econocom bundles leasing into a broader general contractor model alongside distribution, AV integration and managed services. CHG-MERIDIAN stays purpose-built around independent technology financing, devicenow device-as-a-service, certified end-of-lease processes through eraSURE, and carbonZER0 carbon offsetting. Buyers who specifically want financing without the broader bundle will find CHG-MERIDIAN a more focused fit.
Bechtle is the first choice for buyers anchored in Germany, Austria or Switzerland, given its dense network of local system houses and deep public-sector framework positions. Computacenter is also strong in the region; its German business is now the largest contributor to group revenue. Both offer materially deeper DACH operational presence than Econocom does.
SCC is the best Econocom alternative for UK public sector buyers. The group sits across dozens of UK public sector frameworks, including NHS SBS Digital Workplace Solutions 2 and Crown Commercial Service vehicles, and runs around 500,000 service calls a year through its UK field services network.
No, Workwize doesn’t (and can’t) replace Econocom. They solve different problems and many customers use them for different things.
- Econocom is relevant if the work is structuring a multi-year lease across thousands of devices or running a large bundled engagement combining distribution, financing and managed services.
- Workwize is the right answer if the work is equipping employees across many countries, tracking devices through their lifecycle, and recovering them easily at exit.
